After use, rinse in cold water until the water runs clear to help preserve the absorbent layers. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals, as they can damage the technical fabrics and reduce performance.

For best results, hang or lay flat to dry. High heat can break down the compression and absorbent materials over time.
